My name is Steven Kosanke, and I was raised in Frisco, Texas most of my life before moving to Austin. During my childhood, I was always interested with how things around me worked, often reverse engineering my toys instead of playing with them. I chose to study chemical engineering because of my interest in the designs that make modern life today possible and my commitment to changing the world so future generations are proud of what we accomplished.
I am a recent graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, with a focus in process control and material technology. My experiences in college have only reinforced my drive to understand how the world works- I am excited to see concepts I learned through school come to life through my work. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy hiking, magic, puzzles, and I read books about my current hobbies and interests.
I plan on returning back to school later to get my MBA, while continuously developing and refining my professional and personal skills so that I can one day start a business and create a positive change on the community and the world.
