ABOUT ME

MY NAME IS STEVEN MAYER

I am an experienced Building Designer focused on process improvement and on-time project delivery through the practices of Project Management. A professional building designer (PBD), a designation honored to me by the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) since 2004. With a client first objective, issue resolution, and project analysis skills.

My professional design experience has been a smooth blend of projects from lite-commercial structures to, interior retail/store planning, all types of residential structures, project management of prefabricated metal stud wall panels and composite deck system. While congruently building skills in software use such as Architectural Desktop, Bluebeam, and Procore inclusive to but not limited to the practices of Project Management.
