In the 2010s, gaming was taken to the next level as a new generation of games were developed. The worlds of these games were incredibly detailed and extremely immersive. In fact, both these games were so popular that fans bickered about which one was better.
For Assassin’s Creed, the argument against it was that it’s a game that people would only want to play once. It’s repetitive and the choices are limited. There’s really not much to do but finish the game. The great thing about it though is that gamers get to be part of history (well, sort of) since the game combines real historical events and people with fictional circumstances. At the time of its release, Skyrim was the latest in the line of The Elder Scrolls series, and is heralded as the best one. Its open-world style included side quests, guilds, and a whole world to explore. Gamers could take weeks (months even) playing the game and still not fully complete it.
