Stephanie Harjo is a writer, herbalist, and the author of Your Herbal Garden: A Poem for Little Herbalists Vol I. Her passion for natural healing began at 18, when she discovered the power of herbal medicine and the body’s ability to heal itself with the help of nature. 

Combining her love of herbal medicine with her desire to educate and inspire, Stephanie creates books that gently introduce young children to the wonders of the natural world. She lives on the Texas coast with her husband, two rambunctious teenagers, and their houseful of fur babies.
