QUAKERTOWN – Middle and high school students and their families are invited to sign-up to attend Sen. Jarrett Coleman (R-16) and Upper Bucks County Technical School’s (UBCTS) Career and Technical Education Expo on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m., at UBCTS, 3115 Ridge Rd. in Perkasie.

This informational event serves as a starting point for area students to speak directly with career and trade-job exhibitors.
Executive Director Dr. Michael Herrera will also be in attendance to discuss UBCTS’s educational programs.

The League of Women Voters has partnered with PBS Channel 39 to broadcast school board candidate forums. They will be taped before a live studio audience and livestreamed on social media.
Each forum will be streamed live on the PBS39 YouTube Channel as well as on LehighValleyNews.com. Dates for broadcast on PBS39 have yet to be set, but will air during the month of October.
