Welcome to the website of the Student Teachers Exchange Programme (STEP). STEP is an initiative of Radboud University (The Netherlands) in cooperation with the University of Vienna (Austria), the University of Bremen (Germany), and the University of Salamanca (Spain). It offers an annual course for prospective teachers in secondary education across all disciplines. Together, the students work on a current educational challenge. The digital course leads up to a physical exchange week at one of the partner universities. 

STEP 2024-2025 is organized by Radboud University and centers around the theme of promoting learner autonomy from an inclusive perspective. The exchange week takes place from 13 to 17 January 2025 in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
