Gordon Bourns grew up working weekends and summers at the family business, Bourns, Inc., which his parents, Marlan and Rosemary Bourns founded in their Pasadena garage in 1947. He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of California, Los Angeles before he became a Bourns employee in 1973. During his 46-year career with Bourns, he has held positions in sales, marketing, engineering, quality assurance and manufacturing, as well as general management. He was elected Chairman of the Board in December 1988 by the Company’s Board of Directors and was elected President in 1990.
Gordon is committed to giving back to the community of Riverside a portion of the many benefits he, his family and Bourns, Inc. have received from it. He is a champion of STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), serving as the President of STEP (Science & Technology Education Partnership), a consortium of Inland Southern California educators, business leaders and government officials, whose annual two-day STEP Conference piques the interest of 5,000 K-12 students in STEM careers. STEP also offers three week-long STEM Summer Learning Labs providing experiential learning about good STEM careers in our community.
Gordon is greatly blessed in his 41-year marriage to his wife, Jill. Together they are the proud parents of four children and active grandparents of six grandchildren.

Brian Seinturier is the Assistant General Manager, Finance and Administration for Riverside Public Utilities. Brian has worked for Riverside Public Utilities since July 2007. His current areas of responsibility include financial management, operating and capital budgets, customer service, field services, utility business systems, and utility billing.
Brian received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from the University of California, Riverside and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has over 27 years of experience in public sector accounting and finance.
Brian has provided leadership and guidance throughout his career and is a dedicated public servant who strives for excellence and transparency between the community and the city.
Robin Glenney serves as the Assistant General Manager for Water at Riverside Public Utilities, where she oversees a wide range of critical functions including water design engineering, planning, water resources, operations, maintenance, and construction activities. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance with State and Federal water regulations.
With over 17 years of experience in environmental and regulatory compliance and a decade of expertise in utility management, Robin has a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. Prior to her current role, she served as the Water Operations Manager at Riverside Public Utilities.
Robin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton. She is also a certified Grade 4 Water Treatment and Distribution Operator through the California State Water Resources Control Board.
Daniel Honeyfield was named the Assistant General Manager, Energy Delivery of Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) in August 2022. His areas of responsibilities include line construction and maintenance, substation construction and maintenance, meter shop, dispatch, SCADA operations, customer engineering, electric capital projects, substation and communication engineering, system enhancements and planning, and regulatory compliance related to the operation of the electric distribution and protection activities under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and California Public Utilities Commission.
Daniel has worked in the utilities industry for most of his 18-year career. Starting in 2004, he held the position of a telecom engineer with Verizon and later joined Jacobs Engineering as a consult electrical engineer in the petrochemical industry. From 2007 to 2015 Daniel held various engineering roles and positions with Riverside Public Utilities including Senior Electric Engineer within the Electric System Planning division. Thereafter, Daniel joined Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) for 7 years and served as the Engineering Manager of Transmission & Distribution Maintenance Planning. At SMUD he oversaw the development of yearly Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and capital plans for all SMUD-owned substations, transmission, and distribution lines to ensure SMUD’s reliability targets were met and in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
Daniel received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in Technology Management, from the University of Phoenix. He also holds a Professional Engineering license with the state of California.
