The mission of the Science Technology Engineering and Math programs at IK Tutor's Self-Learning STEM Support Website is to serve the needs of the community by offering an excellent educational support program exemplifying the highest standards for learning, and practice resulting in experience that leads to a solid foundation of knowledge. Knowledge which will prove invaluable to the serious, and determined.  The core values of respect, integrity, compassion and excellence are embedded throughout the curriculum as the foundation for providing educational support to all. This mission guides the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum and the related services provided by the IK's programs such as IK Tutor's Self-Learning Support Website.

IK Tutor's Self-Learning Support Program strives to:

• Provide each applicant the opportunity to start from their current level of knowledge and build from there to a level that will allow the achievement of the desired academic and/or career goal.

• Provide an opportunity to follow a study guide and prepare for the assessment. Applicants are strongly discouraged from advancing through the platform levels without completing the comprehension checklist provided. They are offered to applicants that utilize the online IK Tutoring Self-Learning Support provided as part of the programs available at this website.

• Promote self-discipline and motivation so that applicants may enjoy success in their academic careers as a result of learning support regarding the basics in STEM education provided here at IK Tutor's Self-Learning Support Program and society.

• Minimize economic disadvantages as a barrier to postsecondary education by providing services and by accepting applicants without regard to age, sex, religion, race, physical challenges, or economic or social background.

• Assist graduates in achieving their academic and professional career goals.

• Undergraduate, and Graduate students who possess the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in existing and emerging career occupations and have a positive impact on their communities.
