Being a general member means missing no more than 4 monthly discussions annually and participating in discussions. It is highly recommended to follow our book/media/research reading schedule however not strictly required, feel free to stop by to just talk about STEM!

In accordance with the officer removal policy outlined in our RSO Constitution (Article V, Section 4), we are providing this anonymous form for the reporting of any misconduct or concerns. All submissions will be taken seriously and handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

For the sake of transparency, the officer removal process is as follows:

The president and vice president will review all requests. If either the president or vice president is listed as the offender, two other board members will be selected to discuss what should happen and if removal from position is necessary. If a decision is not able to be reached, a third non-offending board member will be requested to join in to give the final verdict.
