This four-session program is designed for middle, high school and adult students with little or no drone experience. Working in a small group of up to five learners, each student will build and configure a 65 mm micro racing drone from the frame up, learn to fly line-of-sight and via FPV goggles, and race around an indoor track. Through hands‑on instruction and structured milestones, students gain confidence and STEM skills while keeping the drone and FPV kit they build.
By the end of this course you will have built your own 65 mm micro FPV drone and tuned it in Betaflight, learned safety protocols and flying skills both line‑of‑sight and in goggles, and run timed laps on an indoor track. You’ll leave with the drone, radio, goggles and batteries you used in class and a clear path to practice nights and race events in our FPV league.
