Improving efficiency of solarnav

Implement near the equator with a dramatically changing sun angle for SolarNAV to be more effective in comparison to fixed position panels.
Use a larger solar panel due to constant resting power consumption which means that more energy is generated for the same amount used.
Make a stronger, more compact base to hold more weight.
Decrease the resting power consumption.

Future implementation

Two Piece Design:

Battery charging box with light sensing circuitry
Moving panel platform
Single cord connecting both pieces

Use in Africa:

Train a small group of locals to repair problems and install systems
Test the system in a variety of environments and get user feedback to determine the viability of the system as a principal energy source.

Larger solar panel used with a more compact base for maximum efficiency. The system would still be small enough to be portable in the back of a truck.

Battery charging box with light sensing circuitry built-in. Charges an array of batteries and connects to the solar panel system with a single cord.
