When ships dock at the port, we provide a friendly and familiar presence for the seafarers. 

Aside from spiritual counseling and prayer, we provide transportation and arrange for entry to the St Andrew's Cathedral in Downtown Victoria.

One seafarer commented that this was the first time they set foot inside a Catholic Church after several months at sea.
