O termo “conciliação” tem significado enorme na minha personalidade e que, consequentemente, se reflete na minha vida profissional. Afinal, sou fruto das experiências e ensinamentos que adquiri e, espero, ainda estar longe de ficar satisfeito em aprender e vivenciar o mundo em todas as suas esferas.
O romance “Musashi” de Eiji Yoshikawa conta a história do maior samurai que já viveu e a maior lição que tiro deste excelente livro é o aprimoramento pessoal – em suas diversas facetas – procurando sempre, me aprimorar como ser-humano, mas também buscando conciliar em me tornar um excelente e íntegro profissional na arte em que atuo, a arte das construções.
Portanto, carrego comigo os valores e aprendizados adquiridos ao longo da minha trajetória nas diversas atividades que desempenho, seja na vida pessoal ou profissional, sempre com respeito, integridade e uma resiliência frente às adversidades que nos encontram com maior ou menor frequência.
The word "conciliation" has a huge meaning in my personality which, consequently, reflects on my professional life. After all, I'm the result of experiences and lessons that I have learned and, I hope, I am still far from having fulfilled learning and experiencing the world in all it’s got to teach me.
Eiji Yoshikawa's novel “Musashi” tells the story of the greatest samurai who has ever lived and the most outstanding lesson I take from this excellent book is about self-improvement – in its various facets - always looking to improve myself as a human being, but also seeking to reconcile myself in becoming an excellent and outstanding professional in the art in which I work, the art of constructions.
Therefore, I carry with me the values and lessons learned throughout my trajectory several activities I’ve been performing so far, whether in my personal or professional life, always with respect, integrity and resilience in the face of eventual adversities.
