Recording: This module for managers and leadership correlated to training that their employees received, and it included a series of professionally produced videos featuring live actors. These "manager modules" were intended to give a "Cliff Notes" sort of summary about what employees had learned in a given episode and season. There also was content specifically for management about coaching employees towards goals and achievements modeled in the videos.

Fully Interactive Course: This Storyline 360 course delivered asynchronous training for health insurance account managers and their service teams. It outlined crucial best practices they should use to manage accounts in a browser-based insurance brokerage management system.

Recording: In this Storyline course, the SME/speaker was an outside consultant, but my creative work integrated her video into an e-learning course with an overall, consistent look-and-feel. This was geared towards cloud technology salespersons aspiring to enhance their professionalism.

Recording: This screen recording displays excerpts from an online training session which I helped develop, as part of a larger team. It shows how we strove to optimize engagement and overall experience.
