Ameren (Actio Learning)
The client for this contract was an electric and gas utility. Our team developed e-learning modules for call center advisors that addressed policies, services, and systems. We used Storyline and Camtasia during this project.
Siemens Healthineers (Judge Learning)
This division of Siemens produced sophisticated, medical-diagnostic systems. Our team of consultants created content that ran the gamut of blended learning. We designed and delivered classroom, virtual, and self-directed/web-based training for sales professionals. Content introduced them to their new, customized Oracle Sales Cloud CRM and quoting applications. We deployed content to their Allego and Saba Cloud platforms. Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint, Camtasia, and Adobe Connect were the primary tools.
Recording: In this example, I suggested integrating Storyline and Rise, as an optimal way to educate salespersons of medical diagnostic equipment about their new CRM tool. The cartoon character choices were the client's, whereas I prefer photogr3aphic images..
Bath & Body Works (LiveOps/Cypress HCM)
Our team of consultants worked in a very rapid, agile manner to develop e-learning modules for virtual call center representatives during this project. The material covered service, sales, systems, and policies, as well as Bath & Body products. Storyline was the authoring tool of choice.
Recording: This Storyline course course trained virtual call center agents to serve store and online customers. In this particular module, the focus was procedures for properly transferring callers as needed.
VIAVI Solutions (TTA/The Training Associates)
On this contract, I both administered their LMS (learning management system) and designed content. This included e-learning, videos, assessments, and other training materials. This global client's industry was telecommunications diagnostic equipment and services, and training targeted many types and levels of staff. I worked with Litmos, Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
Recording: This Storyline module was one of several in a broader curriculum, which we designed to educate salepersons of technical diagnostic equipment about the fundamentals of fiberoptics.
