STEADY — DELETE YOUR DATA

You can request deletion of some or all of your data at any time, without deleting your account itself.

RESET ALL DATA (IN-APP)

1. Open Steady and sign in

2. Go to Account

3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section

4. Tap "Reset All Data"

5. Confirm twice when prompted (this is a permanent, irreversible action)

This immediately and permanently deletes all of your check-ins, journal entries, timeline entries, quiz results, recovery plan progress, no-contact tracker entries, saved messages, Wheel of Life entries, P.I.E.S check-ins, goals, and saved files/photos — while keeping your account and login active, so you can continue using Steady with a fresh start.

DELETING INDIVIDUAL ITEMS

You can also delete specific entries one at a time — journal entries, timeline entries, goals, and files each have their own delete option within the app, without needing to reset everything at once.

WHAT IS NOT AFFECTED

Document Log entries are stored only on your own device by default and are not held on our servers, so this feature does not affect them. You can remove these yourself directly within the app.

RETENTION

Once data is deleted using these features, it cannot be recovered — by you or by us. We do not retain a backup copy after deletion.

IF YOU CAN'T ACCESS THE APP

If you're unable to sign in to request deletion yourself, email us at steadyapplbs@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we'll process the request manually within a reasonable timeframe.
