Physical Education

Even though we need to be at home for learning, children still need to be active every day to promote their healthy growth and development. There are many activities students can still engage in even if they aren't able to go to the park. Taking a walk, riding a bike, scooter or skating are all ways children can still practice social distancing while staying active.

Kids who establish healthy lifestyle patterns at a young age will carry them - and their benefits - forward for the rest of their lives.

Please take this time to ensure that your children and family are including lots of extra physical activity, making healthy eating choices and practicing great hygiene. See below for pages for each grade level.
