To stay safe and healthy is very fundamental to our living with respect to the recent COVID-19 pandemic outbreak around the globe.
This has created an awareness to new horizons of human life in order to survive. It therefore connotes that our survival and putting precautionary measures in place is a personal responsibility to avoid unpalatable circumstances and the worse option of death.
In order to stay safe and healthy in this current dispensation, some of these precautionary measures that we have to put in place include – wearing of face mask to prevent infections while others are maintaining of personal hygiene, social distancing, reducing human interactions, temperature checking, and enforcing a quarantine protocol.
However, there are good general habits to stay safe and healthy. This is just a guideline and it is unexhaustive.
