Terms and Conditions for Stat Striker

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Stat Striker, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
2. Intellectual Property The Application and all original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the "Stat Striker" name, logo, quiz questions, and game mechanics) are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3. In-App Purchases (Remove Ads)
Billing: All "Remove Ads" purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the refund policies of the respective app store.
Functionality: The purchase is linked to your App Store account and can be restored if you reinstall the app.
4. Subscriptions (Stat Striker Premium)
Stat Striker offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Stat Striker Premium (Monthly) — £3.49 per month
- Stat Striker Premium (Annual) — £19.99 per year
Premium removes ads and unlocks premium features and unlimited play.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are in GBP, are shown before you confirm, and may vary by region.
All purchases (one-time and subscriptions) are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. Purchases are linked to your Apple ID and can be restored after reinstalling. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or under Apple's refund policy.
5. Prohibited Uses You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Use any automated systems (bots or scrapers) to interact with the game.
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability Stat Striker is provided "as is" without any warranties. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or device malfunctions.
7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
