Request account deletion

Users may request permanent deletion of their ZoologyPlus account by emailing manoj.kumar.mans@gmail.com from the email address used to sign in to the app.

Use the following email subject:

ZoologyPlus Account Deletion Request

Please include your registered name and email address so that account ownership can be verified.

After verification, MK DevLabs will delete:

• The ZoologyPlus Firebase Authentication account

• Student profile and registration information

• Name, email address, roll number, department, semester and institution information

• Registration or semester-migration requests

• Associated learning-resource usage data

• Associated sign-in and diagnostic records, where identifiable

Account-deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days. Deleting a ZoologyPlus account does not delete the user’s Google account, Gmail account or data held independently by Google.

Request deletion of data without deleting the account

Users may request deletion of some or all eligible ZoologyPlus data while retaining their account.

The request should clearly identify the data to be deleted, such as:

• Registration or profile information

• Usage and learning-resource access history

• Registration-migration requests

• Sign-in or diagnostic history

MK DevLabs will verify the request and delete eligible data within 30 days. Certain information essential for authentication or continued operation of the account may need to be retained. If deleting the requested information prevents the account from functioning, the user will be informed before deletion.

Data that may not be controlled by MK DevLabs

ZoologyPlus uses services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Google Mobile Ads. Data independently processed by Google, advertising partners or the user’s Google account is governed by their respective privacy policies and settings.

Retention and verification

Information may be retained temporarily when reasonably necessary to:

• Verify and complete a deletion request

• Prevent fraud or misuse

• Meet legal or security obligations

• Maintain short-term system backups

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and removed or anonymized when the applicable requirement ends.
