The Event

On 30th of June 2020 at 6:30pm CET, the Start-up World Tour will cover a topic that is currently more important than ever: Healthcare. Our international speakers will give us insightful presentations about the way they aim to revolutionize our health and well-being. On top of that, they will share personal founding stories and give valuable tips to future founders in the audience.

Following the pitches, our speakers and guests will engage in a moderated discussion covering topics including, but not limited to:

Is real-time diagnosis and surveillance of patients the future?
Will we continue to take mass-produced drugs or will drugs be tailored to our individual needs in the future?
What can healthcare start-ups learn from their counterparts in different countries?

We will conclude our event with a Q&A session between our audience and the founders and supply breakout rooms for personal get-togethers and networking.

Alexander König - Founder of Reactive Robotics

Alexander König is the founder and managing director of Reactive Robotics GmbH, a start-up for medical devices founded in 2015 and based in Munich. Reactive robotics has developed an intelligent and adaptive robotic assistance system for early mobilization of patients in intensive care units.

In addition to the management of Reactive Robotics GmbH, Dr. Alexander König published over 50 publications and patents as an expert in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence in healthcare. He has acted as an expert for the Enquete Commission for Artificial Intelligence of the German Bundestag and has over 100 lectures on various topics related to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Medical Technology and Health Protection.

If that's not enough: Alexander König is a doctor in rehabilitation technology.

Teodor "Teddy" Lange - Fellow at Semalytix in Boston

Greta Kreuzer - CEO & Founder of cosinuss°

Greta is Co-founder and Co-CEO of cosinuss°, a mobile health tech company based in Munich. With cosinuss°, the ear becomes a central interface in a world of connected, mobile health. Cosinuss GmbH is specializing in mobile real-time monitoring of vital parameters. For this purpose, the highly innovative team develops wearable in-ear sensors, gateways, and algorithms.
