It is designed to be accomplished in an hour, however, it is not difficult to get destroyed in less than an hour.... ;)

A number of Exuari ships have apparently stationed themselves all around the area. Right now they are just remaining motionless. Our investigation tells us that they are exhibiting behaviors that resemble locusts. We think they are preparing to gather and swarm and attack anything that gets in their way. Your mission is to eliminate them.

Going after the numerous small Exuari ships should be easy when they are by themselves. However, once they start gathering and swarming, they may be more difficult to deal with. The sooner you can handle them, the better. Information on the Relay officer’s screen may help you hunt down the locusts and destroy them.
