1. All beats, drum kits, and other products sold by Star T Musick are protected by copyright laws and are for use by the original purchaser only.

2. The purchase of a beat or drum kit grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to use the beat or drum kit in one commercial recording or broadcast.

3. The purchaser may not claim ownership or authorship of the beat or drum kit.

4. The purchaser may not redistribute, resell, or share the beat or drum kit in any form.

5. The purchaser must give credit to Star T Musick as the producer of the beat or drum kit in any commercial recording or broadcast that uses the beat or drum kit.

6. The purchaser must obtain written permission from Star T Musick before using the beat or drum kit in any live performance or broadcast.

7. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining any necessary synchronization or performance licenses for use of the beat or drum kit in any commercial recording or broadcast.

8. Star T Musick reserves the right to revoke the license to use the beat or drum kit at any time if these terms and conditions are violated.

9. By purchasing any of Star T Musick's products, the purchaser agrees to these terms and conditions.

10. Any unauthorized use of Star T Musick's products will be met with legal action."
