StarChat is a free voice chat app for Android devices that gives you the necessary tools to discover other kinds of people in the world and make friends with them. You can enjoy voice chat in different chat rooms and with different people.

Often in in-game chat, what I see from others is just a bunch of stars with occasional numbers thrown in (******, *******20, etc.). I assume these are just people typing in other character sets (I am an English speaker living in Korea, so many of my squad-mates are likely Korean, Chinese, or Japanese.

StarChat is an app where you can interact with people all around the world in various chat rooms. To do so, all you have to do is choose the chat room you want to join and then start talking with the people there.

The StarChat interface is pretty intuitive. From the main menu, you can browse various chat rooms organized by topic. It's important to keep in mind that each chat room might include users who speak different languages. Another amazing part of this app is that you can talk to each other by speaking aloud.

I am trying to further finetune Starchat-Beta, save my progress, load my progress, and continue training. But whatever I do, it doesn't come together. Whenever I load my progress and continue training, my loss starts back from zero (3.xxx in my case).I'll run you through my code and then the problem.

Re: the Etsy Star Seller announcement on the 13th Oct. If you are are Star Seller and you aren't already aware of the new perk; star sellers should now have access to live chat with Etsy support. According to the announcement 'To start a chat with Etsy's support team, click on the chat icon at the bottom of your Shop Manager dashboard.'

Can someone from Etsy please officially reply to this message to explain 1. If this live chat function has now been rolled out to all markets (I'm based in France), and 2. If yes, please explain what exactly the chat icon looks like, and where exactly it is on the page. 3. Tell us what we can do if the button does not appear on our dashboard.

The chat function is only available Monday-Friday during "business hours" based, I'm presuming, on US hours. So if you are in Europe the time zone may be an issue because of the huge time difference. (I'm located in US; I've had chat feature since it was being tested... never used it... but it's there).

I have been a star seller for over a year so there shouldn't be a problem locating a chat icon on my dashboard. I have checked several times yesterday and today....no chat icon at the bottom or anywhere on my dashboard

From what I've read, even if you do have the Chat option, most of the time the chat personnel say they will report your issue and tell you to wait for an email reply . . . which then rarely is received. Good luck to all who are trying to get help.

I can't even get Etsy to respond to my last email ticket about the fact people are being blocked from the 24/7 chat option they announced in August: -Support-Updates/m-p/139462195#M1748

I still don't have it either. I have checked many times during the day and night. I still have not seen it. I have also noticed that my shop has died ever since the message about the star seller perk appeared in it. All traffic has stopped. I don't know if it is related or not.

Star is a chat member on the Kirby Live Radio stream. Having joined late in 2022, Star is, like many other chat members, a fan of the Kirby series. Star Stable Online is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMO RPG) targeted at girls aged eight to 18. Launched in 2011, the game has grown year on year, with 20 million registrations across 180 territories and 14 languages. Set in a fantasy world, players complete magical adventure quests on horseback and socialize on open chats and member-only Riding Club chats. Of the thousands of texts published in the chats every day, four percent are problematic. This includes spam and links, but primarily it accounts for words and phrases we prohibit. Exceptional compared to the wider games industry, four percent is incomparably low next to the levels of toxicity observed on social media platforms. However, a paradigm shift in chat moderation makes it our high-water mark, as Director of Customer Experience, Cecilia Munthe explains:

Typically, studios nominate words and phrases for exclusion and apply an automated filter to detect and block them. Generally, they exclude expletives, words depicting violent acts, and threats of physical harm. In this pilot, an advanced AI model learned the language of SSO chats to a level of proficiency that meant it didn't merely detect and block forbidden messages, it extrapolated and inferred meaning. Alexander explains:

To minimize mistakes, Oterlu completed a series of offline analyses before the technology was implemented. Random samples were taken from the chat and the messages flagged by the model to check what, if anything, was slipping through or rejected in error.

To make the results statistically sound, the project was set up as an A/B test. Half the users flagged for writing problem texts were served the carefully calibrated message. This was the treatment group. The other half, the control group, received no intervention, though their chat messages were detected, recorded, and censored. Oterlu measured the toxicity in both cohorts throughout four weeks in real-time.

I think it does hold a mirror up to society actually. It shows that we were quite awful, I think, to each other, and to people who were not straight white men. And that we were quite snobby, generally. But is also shows that pop music brought a lot of joy to people. I should say that I started this idea in lockdown at a point when I just wanted to be listening to fun, joyful pop music. And so that's what I did.

I think it probably was Girls Aloud. And I suppose the idea of reaching for the stars in the context of the book is about, what, reaching for something you\u2019ll never get to? I\u2019m thinking about the idea of being both a successful and a happy popstar: for most people, is that a myth?
