Full payment is required no later than 7 days before the event (no matter whether any deposit has been paid).
If we fail to receive payment by this date we will assume you have cancelled the booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us as soon as possible.
Please note, unless bound by the terms of payment made through a third party hire website then our flexible cancelation policy will apply, see below:
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund on any monies paid.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable on any monies paid.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of any unforeseen circumstances e.g. fire, flood, urgent repairs required to building. In the event of this happening, you will be refunded in full for the hire period affected
