Our community rooms are located at our chuch. These rooms are at ground level with windows and plenty of natural light.
We have two community rooms available to rent and they are both multi-functional. Our spaces are perfect for a range of activities or events from business/committee meeting, family parties, hobby craft activities, childcare provision or sit-down dining with your social group.
To help you with your catering needs we are happy to organise and supply any cold buffet/lunch, snacks or hot/cold refreshments, liaising closely with you to provide what you require with convenience at an affordable price.
We are happy for you arrange a visit and we can show you our room spaces and facilities before you make any decisions.
We are located on 'St Anne's Rd', nearby the main road 'Hyde Rd' in Denton, within easy commute of Manchester city centre by 201 bus.

The Haughton Room is an adults only space ideal for more intimate social gatherings, business meetings and conferances; whilst the Arrandale Room is a convenient space for large parties, craft groups and preparing food, as well as for pre-school, children and youth group activities.
How do you charge for the rooms?
The main benefit to hiring at St Anne's is that we are flexible enough to set the room hire rate to accomodate your individual financial situation, as being a church we are very reasonable. The income we receive from renting these spaces goes directly to church funds to cover the running costs for these rooms, which include energy bills and maintainance, whilst enabling us to reinvest and further upgrade our community spaces.
As we have two rooms available for hire we are able to share equipment and storage facilities between rooms. Additionally, you will benefit from a large privately enclosed outside space unique to St Anne's.
Occasional hire is based upon an hourly rate, but we can also charge a day rate depending on the length of time you require the room/s. We will also negotiate on pricing to provide you the best deal if you are looking to rent on a regular or long-term basis.
Yes each room has it's own dedicated WiFi router to ensure a strong and reliable internet connection.
The Arrandale Room is our largest indoor community space and it can accomodate up to 60 people standing and a varied number sitting.
The Haughton Room is a smaller more intimate setting and can accomodate 20-25 people comfortably.
Unfortunately due to the historical classification of the building we don't have disabled access or disabled toilets.
We allow sensible consumption of alcohol on the basis that you have your own insurance to cover for accident or injury as a result of alcohol. This may be on your group or business's own public liability insurance.
Yes you will benefit from a large privately enclosed outside space unique to St Anne's.
Our outdoor space consists of a large lawn, which is perfect for outdoor parties and sport/fitness activities. It is private and protected by a high brick wall and a secure locked gate with access provided via pin code or tag.
If you let us know what type of event you are having we can supply snacks or a cold buffet/luncheon, alongside hot or cold drinks. Please provide us with a minimum of 7-10 days advance notice to discuss and prepare supply.
