Mr. Behlendorf was a co-founder of the Apache project, one of the first Open Source projects. In 1998, Brian founded CollabNet, a software development on demand company, to further explore the idea that Open Source practices and principles could shake up and improve the conventional approaches that big corporations take to writing software. Brian will talk about these practices and principles, and where they have had an impact.
