• Teachers will work in vertically-aligned groups throughout the project.
• Teachers will have choice in their selection of the material they cover, what tools they use, and how they present that material.
• Teachers will have access to instructional support staff and their peers throughout the project.
• Teachers will be given time and tools to reflect on their learning and discuss how their understanding has changed.
