The problem of discrimination against women is currently being addressed through a combination of legal reforms, policy changes promoting gender equality, increased awareness campaigns, supporting women's movements, and international agreements such as the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), which hold countries accountable for protecting women's rights; key areas of focus include workplace equality, access to education and healthcare, combating violence against women, and increasing women's representation in leadership positions across various sectors.
As a non-profit organization, we are working thorughly behind the scenes to find numerous possible solutions to help combat against women being discriminated against. What we have done so far has been hold rallies displaying all the ways that women are discriminated against, at these rallies we give women the chance to share their story in a judgment free area. We are helping the issues by addressing them to the right people and making moves to get the big issue addressed.
