Women earn less than men for comparable work, with a global gender pay gap of 20%. Discrimination against women has been an ongoing issue for years and years. As a non-profit organization we (Stand With Women) seek to solve the issue by going to government officials and telling them what’s going on while providing insights such as data for the issue.
