Additional Community Activities
-Host each year the “Stanberry Community Children’s Fall Festival” in the Stanberry City Park for all children. This is usually held the first Saturday in October from 1- 4 pm – This is a free event for all children and families.
-Embark on an annual event for our community that we call “Love Thy Neighbor” – which is a community clean up day that we volunteer and sponsor to help our neighbors with spring clean up type of activities. This usually is held on a Saturday in the spring (April).
-Support and engage in our local Ministerial Alliance and all their activities : Clothing Center, Food Pantry, Community Worship Events.
-Support our local school – Stanberry R-II – in many ways including: Hosting teacher and support staff luncheons and helping out with the elementary school Spring Bash in the park by providing games, inflatables and volunteers.
