These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Stamp Identifier (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including stamp photos and messages.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its services.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, free trial terms, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in-app before purchase.
Payments, cancellations, and renewals are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings.
3. Free Features and Limits
The App may provide limited free scans or messages.
Free limits and feature availability may change over time.
After limits are reached, certain features may be restricted until you subscribe.
4. AI Outputs and Valuation Information (We use the OpenAI provider.)
The App uses AI and external data sources to provide identification and valuation estimates.
Results are informational only and not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or current.
The App does not provide legal, financial, tax, auction, or investment advice.
You should independently verify any important stamp identity or valuation.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including design, software, branding, and content, is owned by Stamp Identifier and its licensors.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of images and content you upload.
You grant us a limited license to process your content to operate and improve the App.
You must have the rights to any content you upload.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamp Identifier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid to use the App in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
