1. Scan is not identifying my stamp
Make sure the stamp is well lit and fully visible.
Avoid glare and heavy shadows.
Try again with a closer, sharper photo.
2. Why is the value hidden or blurred?
Some valuation and advanced insights may require a Pro subscription.
Free mode can include feature limits.
3. Subscription not updating
Tap Restore in the paywall screen.
Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.
If still not updated, contact support.
4. Notifications are not arriving
Check notification permission in iOS Settings.
Ensure Focus mode is not silencing notifications.
Open the app at least once after enabling notifications.
