FOR DAN GRADING:
As you have now made the important decision to grade for a “dan” or black belt level, I will require the following documentation PRIOR to the grading date.
The attached registration form, filled out in your neatest printing.
Complete all details
o Name – as you want it on the Diploma (first name then last name)
o Date of exam (actual date of promotion)
o Dojo
o Training time
o Previous Dan rank dates & registration numbers
· Previous Dan’s must be registered with ISKF with appropriate registration numbers
· Two (2) Black & White or color passport photos
Payment of the examination fee (shown below) must be provided in US cash. No personal cheques will be accepted.
Payment of the registration fee for your dan certificate (shown below) must be provided by money order which has been purchased at a bank (no post office money orders will be accepted). Please have the bank make it payable to “ISKF”.

Shodan $ 80.00 US cash $90.00 US money order payable to ISKF
Nidan $ 100.00 US cash $120.00 US money order payable to ISKF
Sandan $ 120.00 US cash $165.00 US money order payable to ISKF
Yondan $150.00 US cash $220.00 US money order payable to ISKF

Registration forms must be completed and processed within three months of passing your examination. If not, and you wish to obtain a certificate later, you will have to re-grade.
