Hi there, I am Savannah! The Director of Stacyville Kids Care! My husband, Jordan and I were both born and raised in St. Ansgar. We have a son Bane (3) and two cats, Midnight and Darth Revan.
I love kids and from a young age, I knew I wanted to work with them. I attended NIACC receiving my Early Childhood Education Diploma and then transferred to Buena Vista University where I obtained my Bachelor of Human Services and Psychology in 2021. Since starting babysitting at 12 years old watching my nephew and neighborhood children, I have gathered over ten years of experience working directly with children.
During the summer months I also the Manage the St. Ansgar Aquatic Center.

Hi My name is Haley! My husband, Jessie and I currently reside in St. Ansgar with our daughter Ivy (4 months) and my son Riley (7). We have 1 dog Titan and we love spending time outdoors. I also enjoy helping my dad on the farm and getting sushi with friends!
Before joining the Stacyville Kids Care team I obtained my Bachelor degrees in AG Studies and an Associates in Ag Business in 2019. I also have four years of experiences as a nanny and love to watch the kiddos grow! Being able to see them learn new things everyday brings me joy.
I am currently a Child Care Provider with SKC, but am working to become the On-Site Supervisor! I bring in background knowledge of business.
I promise to do what I can to help us grow into a thriving center, and I hope to help the children and the center in anyway I can.

What inspired you to work with children?
After many years of babysitting, I realized that working with children is something that I really enjoy and look forward to any chance I get. I have always worked well with kids and find so much joy in it. Working with children brings me a rewarding feeling, knowing I'm helping them become the best versions of themselves.

Spaghetti
What hobbies do you enjoy?
Spending time with friends and family, going on spontaneous adventures, playing board games with friends and family
What is your favorite thing about working at Stacyville Kids Care?
The environment. Stacyville Kids Care has a very positive environment for both the children and the staff. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for the children.
What is a random fun fact about yourself?
I am from Southern California.

What inspired you to work with children?Watching them grow and learning new things everyday.
What is your favorite food?
Any type of pasta spaghetti chicken and rice or anything with rice. I love pizza and ice cream. Tacos.
What hobbies do you enjoy?
Spending time with my kids, going on trips to different states, hanging out with my family.
What is your favorite thing about working at Stacyville Kids Care?
Just seeing all the happy faces and big smiles on the kids faces and getting hugs in the morning or even in the afternoon.
What is a random fun fact about yourself?
I have 4 siblings and 5 nieces and 2 nephews. Another niece or nephew on the way. I have 2 kids son and daughter.

I am a paraprofessional in the preschool classroom, substitute teacher, and provide youth programming at the local library.

I grew up in Phoenix Arizona and moved here when I was 5 years old. I go back every summer to see family and enjoy the sun.

What inspired you to work with children?
I have always been good with kids, and I love to be around them. Kids have such great energy to be around with!! Being around kids is so rewarding because you get to see all their smiley faces and hearing their laughs! The best feeling is seeing them happy and excited when they are with you or when you enter the room!
