These Terms govern your use of the STACK STEP game ("the App"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
If you got the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you got it from Google Play, they supplement Google Play's Terms of Service. If they conflict, the store's terms apply where required.
You agree not to:
cheat, use bots, or exploit bugs to manipulate scores or leaderboards;
modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it;
use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other players or the service.
We may remove scores that appear to be the result of cheating, as far as the leaderboard service allows.
Leaderboards are provided through Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's or Google's terms. Rankings depend on those services and may be unavailable, delayed or reset at times.
The App is currently free and has no in-app purchases or ads. If we add them later, purchases will be processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by the store. Any ads will follow our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, artwork, themes, code and the STACK STEP name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Fonts and other third-party components are used under their own licenses. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.
We may update, change or stop parts of the App at any time, for example to fix bugs, add themes or improve balance. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free of errors.
Your progress is stored on your device. It may be lost if you delete the App, reset or change your device, or clear app data. We cannot restore lost local progress.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you break these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
