Since 1979 when Bishop Dr. +John Paul Hozvicka D.Div, Ph.D received his calling from the Lord to become his teacher of the Holy scriptures, became the founder in October of 1991 and established an online college campus called St. Paul Bible Institute and Seminary, who is now the acting president and professor of biblical studies. Our mission is to educate train and create an army of spiritual leaders and Bible teachers and Biblical Scholars for the society that we live in. Our ministry is to insure the success of this mission by offering good solid education that is Spirit-filled and Bible based along with affordable tuition, it is also part of our ministry to send into our society well-trained and educated men and women as Bible teachers and Biblical Scholars, ready to serve whatever domination they belong to and to the people who lives will cross their paths that the Lord will bring them.

Honorary Doctorate in Biblical Study: this is a person who enters the “Realm of Divine Knowledge” specializes in his education in biblical studies of the Torah, the Old Testament, the New Testament, the Gospels, the Epistles; A General overlay and survey of the entire Bible.

Honorary Doctorate in Biblical Science: this is a person who major is in specializes in manuscripts studies, Dead Sea scroll research, Biblical Archaeology, the various scientific dating method, and textual criticism, scroll history.

Honorary Doctorate in Sacred Theology: the great honor of studying within the “realm of Divine Knowledge” of God divine revelation, particularly within Christianity, that uses scripture and sacred tradition as its foundation. It involves the systematic exploration of religious beliefs, doctrines, and practices to understand spiritual truths and the nature of God. This field is characterized by formal academic programs, such as the Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology (S.T.B.) and the Doctorate in Sacred Theology (S.T.D.), which provide in-depth study and training for ministerial or scholarly pursuits.

Honorary Degree in Divinity: refers to the quality of being God. a concept central to th Christian Trinity, which includes the Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit. The Bible presents the Father as the ultimate divine being, while also affirming that Jesus is both divine and human, and the Holy Spirit is God. Evidence for this includes Jesus being called "Lord," performing divine works like forgiving sins, accepting worship, and being quoted as being "God" and "the Word" in the New Testament.

Doctorate Pastoral Ministry: This ministry includes providing spiritual guidance through preaching and teaching, offering emotional and spiritual support during difficult times, and equipping members to grow in their faith and serve others. It involves celebrating life's joys, like weddings, and comforting members through losses, while fostering a sense of community and grace, mercy, and peace

3. A 500 word essay is required for each lesson

7. To obtain a better grade on each lesson through their essay our student are motivated to seek out, research, and provide detal information from an outside source along with reference.

8. We have set up a sound grading system that motivates our student to work harder in obtaining a higher grade.

9. To earn your doctorate degree you will have to complete 120 lessons and then write your 5,000 word thesis.
