Volunteer with the Monday Night Meal

Each Monday afternoon and evening, dozens of volunteers help make the Monday Night Meal at St. Malachi Church in Cleveland a success. Whether you can give a few hours once a month or once in a while, your time and kindness make a real difference to our guests.

Ways to Volunteer

• Cook at home – Prepare a main dish once a month as part of our rotation.

• Serve dinner – Join the team at St. Malachi on Mondays between 3:00–7:00 PM to help set up, serve meals, and clean up.

• Provide sides or desserts – Bring fruit, salads, bread, or baked goods.

• Coordinate or transport food – Help collect donations or deliver dishes to the parish hall.

What to Expect

Volunteers work together in a spirit of hospitality and community. Many come back week after week because it’s rewarding, fun, and meaningful. You’ll meet new people and see the direct impact of your service.
