How it Works
Newer servers will be paired with more experienced ones. With increased familiarity at Mass, servers are expected to learn by observation and participation with the goal of becoming a Lead Server and training others.Â
Altar Servers will be assigned certain Mass times based on their Mass preference, Church need, and availability of other servers. A monthly calendar will be distributed no later than one week prior to the next scheduled month of Masses. If unable to server, Altar Servers should communicate with other servers to fill assigned spots. If youth are not scheduled to serve, but see there is a need prior to Mass beginning, it is requested that those youth assist the Priest and/or Deacon as an Altar Server.
