New Safety Procedures go into effect 9/1/2026
Membership to the club is open to all residents of Sunland Springs Village. Residents also include renters living in Sunland Springs Village. Guests of residents do not qualify as residents.
To be a member, a resident must attend a In-Person Member Orientation course. During the winter season (November-March), an orientation course is offered the first Saturday of the month. It is held at the woodshop beginning at 8AM. The orientation typically takes 90 minutes. Outside of the winter season, a course will be scheduled as needed - contact a board member or a monitor to schedule.
Prior to attending the orientation, a new member needs to review the club safety documents. At the completion of the orientation, they will sign the Training Certification and Liability Release form that will then be kept on file in the woodshop. If a new member has not reviewed the safety documents prior to an orientation, they are not a club member until they have reviewed the safety documents and provided a signed Training Certification and Liability Release form.

The club does not currently have dues, however, the club is fully supported by its members and asks that a new member contribute $10 as part of new member orientation.
Members must also periodically review the latest club safety documents and provide a signed Training Certification and Liability Release form.
