Please carefully follow these instructions in order for your submission to be included in the LNCS proceedings:
Your camera-ready version must be submitted in the CMT conference website by
March 7, 2025
Please consider the referee comments and amend your article according to the recommendations. However, please note that there will not be another full review round.
The camera-ready version must strictly adhere to the guidelines as posted on the submission page. In particular, it must follow the LNCS format guidelines. At this link you will find the LNCS latex Proceeding Templates as well as the License to Publish Form. Please note that only the corresponding author of the paper needs to sign this form.
Please strictly remain within the page limit of 13 pages including suggested modifications, bibliography after de-anonymisation and including the author names, affiliations and acknowledgements.
Please also note that Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
For each submission please upload three files:
A .zip file include the LaTeX sources, figures, and all other files required for compilation.
A .pdf file of the compiled camera-ready version.
A .pdf file with the completed, signed, and scanned License to Publish form.
There will be a 4-week free access for the participants via the conference website.
Roughly one month after publication, all authors who have included their email addresses in the headers of their papers will receive an email containing a coded personal access link, which will enable them to download the PDF of their paper directly from SpringerLink.
If any of the authors contributing to SSVM 2025 are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to the Springer website for prices and additional information. Springer would need the invoicing address and the CC-BY licence-to-publish agreement at least three weeks before the deadline for the files.
