SOEC
Our lab is focusing on designing and manufacturing of solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs) and their stacks. We perform the multiphysics simulation with coupling computational engineering (e.g., structural dynamics, fluid dynamics, and electrochemistry) based on finite element method (FEM). SOECs are designed and manufactured considering the simulation results. Performance evaluation is carried out by measuring polarization curves and hydrogen production rate.
