Merit Badge Counselor Application — Will also require Youth Protection Training, and an Adult BSA Volunteer application.

Youth Protection is required for adults wanting to work with Scouts. — Adult leaders, and scouts over the age of 18 must complete Youth Protection training. Please follow the link for more info.
