Positive Noise Student Grants empower students to make their schools healthier places.
Students from Pre-primary to grade 12 can apply for a grant of $500 TO $1500 to address a need in their school by improving the school environment (improving relationships in the school, creating more welcoming spaces, etc.).
If your project idea will cost more than the maximum grant amount, please send us an email to learn about other funding options.
Positive Noise projects must benefit the whole school or a whole classroom/club/group of students!
Grant Deadline: Friday Dec. 12 at 4pm AST
Before you Apply:
Watch these two short videos to get you started and read the guidelines below!
Applications must:
Be initiated by students (their own ideas!!)! Applications from adults will not be approved.
Be well planned and REALISTIC (make sure you can actually do it before the end of the school year).
Be aligned with your school's Well Being Goal
Have a detailed budget.
Have your project reviewed and approved by your school Principal
Have a supportive adult on board:
Supportive adults can be a teacher or school staff member, or a Well Being Lead.
