All participants, including co-presenters, are required to return the registration form (see the link) and pay the conference fee by April 10th, 2025.
We will not be able to include the name(s) of co-presenters in the program unless the conference fee has been paid in full.
There is NO NEED to fill out the form if the abstract submission form has already been submitted for the main presenter.
The fee, which covers organization costs, conference materials, conference dinner, lunches and refreshments is 700 PLN for participants from Poland and 200 euro for participants from abroad. In case of resignation, we will be able to refund 50% of the fee before April 30th, 2025. The fee should be transferred to the following bank account (bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer):
