REGISTRATION AND CONFERENCE FEE

All participants, including co-presenters, are required to return the registration form (see the link) and pay the conference fee by April 15th, 2023.

There is NO NEED to fill out the form if the abstract submission form has already been submitted.

The fee, which covers organization costs, conference materials, conference dinner, lunches and refreshments is 600 PLN for participants from Poland and 170 euro for participants from abroad. In case of resignation, we will be able to refund 50% of the fee before April 30th, 2023. The fee should be transferred to the following bank account (bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer):
