The heroes are shown as stylized figures of the representatives of the various services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Not everyone notices these everyday heroes, but they are essential for the city and are always there when needed the most. Their images are accented by scaling them up while also integrating into the whole composition with stylized images of the urban environment and various scenarios encountered by the brave rescuers during their work.
The words that convey the essence of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (rescue, prevention, help, and hope) are integrated into the design.

The panel in the ticket hall "Star of Salvation"
The compositional scheme of the panel represents a fragment of the city with a fire tower. The silhouette of the Star of the Ministry of Emergency Situations gradually transforms into a star resembling the scheme of the icon "Burning Bush". The mosaic "Burning Bush" is situated inside the star (an epicenter where help is urgently needed). Thus, its patronage and assistance in difficult and dangerous heroic deeds manifest.
Used materials:
- the bulk of the panel is a relief made of architectural concrete with the inclusion of mosaics (smalt or stone - marble, granite) to compliment the icon;
- the main compositional center of the panel is an icon made in the mosaic technique (smalt or stone - marble, granite).
