This is like a classroom charter which most schools and settings have in place.
During the project, the teams will be engaged in a variety of problem-based tasks. They will need to move through different engineer and design phases as they head towards a solution - considering both the final product and the collaborative process.
Thinking about the attitudes and skills needed to be a Quality Team Member can be useful when working together. It may also help to take on a Team Role like Time-Keeper, Quality Checker or Resource Manager.

There are regular times to check in with your Small Team, as well as the whole class. This helps to build relationships, collaboration and trust - all of which are essential when the challenges become more complex during the project.
