SSFCTA Bylaws
We know that many questions will arise as we bargain for impacts to our working conditions this spring, so we are sending out this document to provide a forum for members to ask questions and our bargaining Team/Union Leadership to answer. We will try to answer these questions as soon as we have the information; however, many questions will not be answered until bargaining is completed.
Keep in mind that the concerns expressed may or may not be negotiated for in bargaining, but we will take your concerns into consideration. Not every concern will be under the control of the union negotiations. Some may be beyond our control depending on state, federal, or local guidelines already in place. Also, please remember that negotiating means there will be concessions on both sides in order to come to an agreement.
You will get to vote, though!
After 2 sessions your bargaining team has secured the following contract protections.
