Simran Saini : Education Support

My name is Simran Saini and I have been working as an Emergency Education Assistant in an elementary school with PDSB for over 3 years. I'am currently pursuing the Education Support course from Sheridan College to be able to work as an Education Assistant full time.

This e-portfolio is a compilation of my learning journey as an EA and a student of Education Support. It shows strategies and tools I have incorporated as a professional to better support students I work with. It serves as a platform to consolidate my skills and knowledge gained. 

I like my work as an EA because it gives me an opportunity to provide individualized assistance to children based on their diverse needs My key strengths are patience and empathy which help me build strong connections with students.
